Musical Contributor- Claudia Shouse

With guitar in hand or fingers on the keyboard, Claudia has been working with children for almost 50 years. Growing up in Iowa, she was a celebrated soloist from a very young age in the schools and community, winning numerous awards with her strong soprano voice. Moving to Bozeman in 1975, she became immediately involved in the music scene. She became the director of a children's choir at church and shortly thereafter, an assistant director for the Bozeman Community Children's Choir

when it formed.

Claudia has also directed numerous church folk choir groups over the years, helping young musicians to learn to play the guitar and find their voice. Her experience with those 'productions' translate quite nicely to the theater world where she has now worked for over 20 years.
